Annual Library Activity Plan - ALAP

                     Annual Library activity Plan is a pre-scheduled activities for the coming academic year planned at the beginning of the each session preferably in the month of March/April by the approval of the Library committee taking into the previous year performance and suggestions from the staff and students.

                    ALAP is prepared based on the status of the school, library and can have different ALAP's for different schools.Here is a sample Annual Library Activity Plan which can be used as a reference to plan for your schools/institutes and Libraries.

Functional Activities 

             Functional activities include basic Library housekeeping services like circulation of books,maintenance of the records,data collection and updation of members data , library automation etc in each month.

              These functional activities are very important and up-to-date scheduled functional activities should be completed for smooth and effective services to the users.
