MyHLib – MY HOME LIBRARY

MyHLib – MY HOME LIBRARY is a student centered library innovative and experiment program started at LIBRAY MEDIA CENTRE KV TARAKESWAR, westbengal under RO-Kolkata.

This program is aimed to build personal green library at home by the students using constructive and creative skills to provide continuous and anytime access to small core of books.

Benefits of the program:

1.    Providing  awareness and understanding the importance of the libraries at the school level.

2.   Developing reading habits and love towards the books.

3.   Inculcating creative and constructive skills of the students by building good libraries at the home.

4.   Providing 24/7 libraries for the students at their doorsteps.

5.   Developing knowledge about accession numbers, arrangement of books, differentiation of subjects etc

6.   Building the strong nation by making students good and lifelong book readers.
7. Understanding the source of information, use of information’s in different formats.
8.   Developing creative and critical thinking among the students by reading the books.
